Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn moccasins back in their original shoe box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own postage to the package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
